Did you all go out and make the most of your vote? Did you vote Yes or No?
I voted, and I voted 'Yes'. I think it could bring about a positive change. When you think about it, the majority of the public didn't want the government we have now. People who voted Lib Dem did so because they wanted the Lib Dems, not this coalition - or the ConDemNation as I've seen it described!
I don't usually get involved in political debates as I find they can be as painful and boring as genital warts treatment, but I think now is an important time to stand up and be counted. So many of us are unhappy with the government, the cuts, and so on, so now it's time to speak up.
Well, we'll find out about the referendum at 20.00 tonight, fingers crossed, I think we may just have done it!

I'm low on cash since a bit of an overspend after my last pay day, so I've been living cheap and eagerly awaiting my next pay day.
But of course that didn't last! I've been ignoring my ever-growing pile of letters and bills, but went through it today to find a rather strange looking letter, which turned out to be a London Congestion Charge fine! And an overdue one at that!
It looks like I accidentally went through one of the small roads that clip the edge of the congestion charge zone without realising, and then managed to ignore the fine...
It's going to cost me an absolute fortune now, I've had to pay the full amount, but I had to get a Wonga.com loan to pay it, which I'll pay a load of interest on too! I'm going to contest it but I'll probably lose.
Roll on pay day so I can pay everything off and get out of the red!

I read a piece recently about Emma Richardson, a 24 year old disabled woman who was left stuck in her bedroom at the top floor of her house for nine days when her stairlift proved faulty and manufacturers were slow to fix the problem.
Can you imagine being stuck in one room for nine days? She had access to her own bathroom luckily, but can you imagine if that was it? No outside world, no kitchen, living room, no anything else! I'm getting fairly claustrophobic at the thought.
I mean sure, most of us moan about work and how we'd love to stay in bed for a week, but if that became a reality the non-sloths of us all would be dying to get out after a day, surely!
Even with access to the Internet, all the movies in the world, food and drinks, I simply couldn't take the boredom!

Macmillan Cancer Support are a great organisation that help not only the victims of cancer, but also their families and friends during the inevitable hard times going through the disease.
They aim to improve the lives of people affected by cancer, as we are all touched by it at least one point in our lives, providing practical, medical and financial support, and campaigning for better cancer care.
Local businesses hosted the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning late last year, raising thousands of pounds for the charity. The top three were Roy Preddy Funeral Directors who raised a whopping £3539.76, followed in quick succession Richard Fairs who raised £3130.75 and Jean Bradbeer who raised £1160.00.
The Bristol-based investment management and stockbroking team at Rowan Dartington held a Christmas charity auction which raised £1650 for Macmillan, and managing director James Hutson even presented the Macmillan fundraising manager Ian Dore with the cheque.
It's great to see so many local people and businesses supporting such a great cause!

Slot machines online are so BORING!!
I always like going to the casino with a few mates after a night out and see how our luck goes. But playing on your own and on the internet is no where near as fun.
I also feel that I don’t have much chance of winning as well, because I don’t know who I am betting with and slightly feel like I can’t trust it.
Last week I went to the casino with a few friends and it was such a laugh. We got free food, some free drinks and it was just funny all being there together and watching your mate keep losing!
You don’t get that sitting at home, playing it on your own.
